Returns:

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return, we will be happy to help you. At this time we are not offering exchange services. If you would like a different size or style we kindly ask that you place a new order.

  • CLOTHING, SHOES and ACCESSORIES: We are happy to offer a return on non-sale clothing, shoes and accessories received by us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included. Any items received between 15 -22 days after the receipt of purchase will be issued a store credit. Items received later than 22 days will not be eligible for return or store credit. A flat rate return shipping and processing fee of $5 shall be paid by the customer for all United States returns. BabySwag will send a return label via email, however, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the original cost of the product. International customers will be responsible for the full return shipping amount. Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. Please use our provided return label, as packages sent without our return label will be refused and ineligible for refund or store credit. 
  • PARTYSWAG: All Partyswag items are final sale.
  • NURSERY DECOR: Items are eligible for return, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping costs will be deducted from Nursery Decor refunds.
  • MEALTIME: All Mealtime items are final sale.
  • Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. Please use our provided return label, as packages sent without our return label will be refused and ineligible for refund or store credit. 
  • BabySwag is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
  • All Sale items are considered a final sale. No exceptions.
  • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. 
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. 
  • An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
